The Company was incorporated on 3rd July, 1981 with the name “Allied Colloids Private Limited” and later the Company was converted into Public Limited and the name was changed to “Allied Colloids Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 4th December, 1992; Later the name of “Allied Colloids Limited” was changed to “Dujodwala Products Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 12th February, 1993. The Company went for Initial Public Offering and got listed on BSE Limited on 13th September, 1994. The name of the Company was further changed from “Dujodwala Products Limited” to “Mangalam Organics Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 9th October, 2013.
